@FelicianoX FelicianoX, you'd better be careful about your comment regarding to MakiMaki's snippet. if he finds your comment unacceptable to his standard, he'll delete it.

I did make a couple of constructive ones about the use of if-then-else, rather than if and another check for if and elseif, along with my suggestion of including a @ prefix to the text event earlier. Out of the blue, he deleted all of my comments for no reason. I know I was right, and he couldn't budge with his embarrassment.

The local variable can be used to refer to the global one, FelicianoX, but it's really needless in this case of MakiMaki's. About including the dynamic variable in the match text, from my experience, it won't work that way. You have to use an if statement for comparison. I do know that it's possible to use a variable as a trigger with $(). You can take it for a spin to find out for sure.
