how does the timer work ?

since i test out a bit, and when i do a /eimdb 2012 it gives me result, and then i try same movie again after a few seconds it gives me :
Searching For: 2012
Sorry - No cannot find 2012

is it because of the timer ? it seems like it comes at random times... sometimes after minutes, sometimes after a few seconds...

this can also come after lets say 10 minutes...

is it posible to filter year ? some years are added on imdb with (2009/I) - again 2012 is like this ... i would like it to show only 2012...
