Dangus:
you will need to

1. copy the script from here on Hawkee
2. open your script editor in mIRC by typing Alt + R

3. paste the script, into a new file ( click File-New in your script editor )

4. the rest is just setting up the script via the dialog which can be opened by right clicking a channel
