With all these little issues coming up I'm starting to consider a bug tracker for the site. What do you suggest we use?

One thought I had was to add issue tracking to apps and scripts here on the site. But the goal here is to compliment sites like GitHub rather than compete with them. The main reason I'm considering this is because GitHub doesn't necessarily cater to closed-source applications such as this website. So it wouldn't make sense for me to post Hawkee.com to GitHub in order to utlize their issue tracking system.

I just don't want to get off onto a tangent and find out nobody will use the feature.

It might help as a productivity tool if the bugs pile on faster than you can fix them. I think, usually, bug-trackers are used primarily by the developers themselves.
