(v1.2)This is by far the best i have ever used and i have used alot of them .Being sloppy at sticking to a routine ,this app will not let me forget ! i have shed a few pounds already due to it helping me stick to my diet .My confidence and self esteem have taken a massive boost an its just going to get better !if your serious about weight loss or general health ,this is genuinely the ONLY app that ACTUALLY works !
