on *:TEXT:*:#: {
  if ($nick isop $chan) && ($2 ison $chan) {
    if ($1 == .akick) {
      commands
    }
    elseif ($1 == .dakick) {
      commands
    }
    else {
      if ($1 == .makick) {
        commands
      }
    }
  }
}

Something like that should work, "Untested"

Works perfectly, Would you like me to write an $addtok tutorial for you. And there is protection against flooding :)

Notes: Learn to script.

There are more effient ways rather then setting all those variables, However it's the way you chose. I don't see where the variables are being unset. And the timers aren't required as there is no threat of a flood. Other than that not to bad.

I'm against the "FINISH" alias, It isn't needed and would be quite annoying. I don't see where variables are being unset after it's finished running. Forward slashes are not required, Spaces where spaces aren't required. Goto & Loop Eeek. That's from a quick glance. Overall 3/10

You really don't need all those on *:TEXT: events. Apart from the code is clean. Well done.

Looking over the snippet section i didn't find a decent mass invite script. I've been out of scripting for quite some time, so here is my take on it.
