hi tazmaniandevil,

  1. Download the file here: http://www.hawkee.com/getfile.php?file_id=1429
  2. Extract the file to your mIRC folder/directory
  3. Open mIRC and load the file tt.mrc using the command: /load -rs [Directory\]tt.mrc
  4. Use command /tt to open the dialog.
