Eh? I'm just extremely bored so I thought I'd make this very small lil thing...Got the $Rand Idea from Jub369

  msg $chan $nick 09,01 Looks at A Random Person and walks up to him/her
  msg $chan $Nick then Pulls Random persons Pants down Causing him $Rand(40000) Points on the Humiliated scale.

on *:Action:Sings:#: {
  msg $chan $nick Sings Causing all of the surrounding glass To shatter
  .timer 1 6 msg $chan $Nick watches while a million pieces of glass land $2 's eyes causeing $Rand(99999) Damage
}

$rand usage = $rand(low,high) [or $r(low,high)]
