Ok this one is very simple all you do is someone types
!own NICK
(Replace NICK with someone's name, it doesn't have to be on the channel or even on irc)
Then your bot will say something like
(Pretending your bot's name is HawkBot)

Randomdude124:!own George Bush
HawkBot: HawkBot takes his machete and owns George Bush 1239812 times before he hits the ground!

Or sometimes this will happen...

Randomdude435:!own George Bush
HawkBot: I thought you were in love with George Bush , randomdude435...

It can be pretty fun :D
