This is just a basic little snippet, that pops up a window telling you whos on from your buddylist. if you right mouse click you can separate it with a data and time and you can msg and whois people. Your can edit this or modify it any little way you want. This is just a snippet there are probly easyer ways to do this and mIRC I think has this built in but hey I was board. Play around with it.
