its a snippit for Amip Intergration Program it just makes it so you can controll winamp (Or w/e it is your useing with it) from with in Irc ( i got sick of haveing to switch all the time)

I don\'t see how to work this :s Are there / commands or something? There\'s no right click command for it and /next doesn\'t work so I\'m confused s.s.

Its a good idea but u should close the bracket, or else anything you put below it wont work. Just a simple thing that can make the world a better place. :)
