Well, I have said it before, but I will say it again.
ProvisionIRCd 2.2 has been released.
'Again?', you ask. Well, not particularly. 2.2 has never been released before,
that was my typo. Sorry.

Anyway, this update is more focused on some major changes in several new (and better) methods.
You can encounter some small bugs (nothing serious).
Therefore, I ask you all to report all problems/issues to me, no matter how they encounter.
I take all reports seriously and will handle them thusly.

[22-08-2015] (&) Fixed the stealthed QUIT bug.
[31-10-2015] (&) Fixed bug with missing ":" in PRIVMSG commands. Also, R.I.P. Lily and James.

Furthermore, this release is an extremely adjusted version of ProvisionIRCd.
It contains no major fixes. There are some small performance improvements.
