Could someone let me know if making a script that blocks people from using mIRC is possible? Please???

I discovered a bug, on entering the site on the index page before logging in, i clicked "Profile" and was resulted in a broken link which was /profile//

This is a very simple script however it comes in handy for people, plus i have not seen this posted anywhere yet... Until now. Anyway it's a simple auto notice to all members, using timers! (P.S: I did not make this, i simply posted it on here to help some people out, my friend coded it for my server) Oh and it's using on connect, so once you paste it in remotes, disconnect then reconnect and it will..
