Armattan Bobcat 4" build running INav with full size air unit. Tight build which resulted in the esc having to be mounted in reverse and flipping motor channel wires around. Not sure if I’m 100% satisfied with receiver location, placed it underneath to be able to get the r9 antenna mounted vertically. Haven’t tested yet but flew well on my previous frame, homemade 3s 18650 3000mah batteries will deliver ~20minutes of slow flying, might try to build a 3s 21700 (i do have 4 s 18650 and 21700 I may try as well) Still need to clean up some zip ties on antennas but it is ready for first flights when weather warms up in next day or two. Will potentially upgrade the motors to fpvcycle 2203 2800 kv motors in the future to see if that lower kv will increase flight times.

4-9-2021 Update
Decided to change motors to the fpv cycle 2203 2800Kv

Hey man this build is awesome but wild. How does having such big motors on a 4" LR work out? Do you get decent efficiency on them? I'm looking to do a full air unit bobcat build and yours is one of the only results that come up

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
