I built this quad with the DJI system and literally the next morning I saw a link for the HD version of the frame,... such is the hobby lol.

I'm using an iFlight 12v 2a regulator to power the DJI Air Unit. The fc is a Radix 20x20 and the esc is an Aikon 35a 20x20.

The weight of the quad is 385 grams without battery.Alt Tag

Very nice build! Where did you get the DJI camera holder? Have you got a link to it? Thanks!

Yeah, nice build. You saved yourself about 20g in DJI specific TPU parts by going with the OG Mk4 instead of the HD version.

Nice build. Is the only difference between the hd version of the frames that it has bigger part at the end so you can put air unit there instead of putting it in the middle?

the difference is the camera plates and some tpu mounts for the unit and antenna. I used some cam mounts I found on Thingiverse for the cam. The air unit will fit in the middle or the rear.

Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
