Are you acitone smoothing those pods?! How are you getting that finish!?!?!?!?
I am blown away.
I especially like your lightning bolt (and other various sundry black paint/tape accessories) on the yellow pod.
Is that a carbon fiber tape you are using on your motor wires to fix them onto the arms? It looks like it could be an artifact of the photography process, but more likely a graphic on the surface of the tape, but I really want it to be actual carbon fiber (I know, I know, wishfull thinking...)

Here's a link to an .stl file with an appropriatly sized cup that you can chop off and splice into your design, in case you are curious about what I had in mind.
I have used it before (in TPU) and it is an amazingly snug fit on a foxeer lollypop axii antenna.

I prefer the sanding process, pla is always difficult to sand it properly but i still prefer it over epoxy because i don't know how to get uniform surface without dripping etc.
I have destroyed canopy and also the whole copter few times... its sux but they never too precious to fly :)
The speed is quite good, the yellow pod got 225kmh on 4s and around 250 with 5s, but they feel all the same, there is maybe a difference of 5/10kmh but i can't really tell..
YEP the vents are facing the wrong direction :D but they are mostly cosmetic anyway.
Pla is what i use the most, i tried petg and was nice and fast to sand but terrible to print but i never used tpu.

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
