Airblade UAV's Intrepid V2 7" with custom prints.

This quad flies soo smooth and great flight time.

I fitted a custom 3D print to hold the GoPro up front, also designed an antenna mount and gps antenna holder out back, and some arm gaurds that have some feet on them to keep your quad off the pavement.

I used the crossfire Nano Diversity Rx and used the immortal T antenna paired with a DIY Linear antenna.

All STL's for prints are linked in the parts list

What type of flight time are you getting, and what batteries? Also, what speed and distance would you say you're able to achieve?

I get around 6-8 min depending on throttle with a 1800 6s. Not sure on distance but could cover quite a bit of ground easily.

what kv did you end up with?

Chaos   Mar 27, 2019

I went with 1622kv mostly running 6s.

We'll see what 2222kv on 5S can do :D

frame is not even close to an epic.....  if 2 frames have a similar 3d print on them it does not make one a copy...

but the 3d print was inspired by the epic's 3d print.

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
