EDIT: I added

if ($nick != "mynick") { ignore -u60 $nick }

you could probably change that to

if ($istok($waitwhale,$nick,C) = $true) { ignore -u60 $nick }
;with C being the ascii character with which to seperate the nicks, 32 for a space, 44 for a comma, etc. if I ;have the table of ascii characters in my bookmarks ;p
