Over time I will have more and more technicians for the system, so I use .onotice $chan

.timer 1 2 /onotice $chan $nick needs assistance in channel %assist-channel

It sends a notice to the operators.

May I ask what this is doing?:

.set %assist-channel # $+ $r(100000000000,999999999999)
