This script can be significantly improved on from where it is now and I don't think I can fairly rate it as it is incomplete. A positive is easy identification of what kind of kick you are going to make with it and for someone who wants a very simple accurate kick/summary are going to be satisfied. But a downside is that these kicks are all manual descisions with no computer judgement in case of you are away and unable to make the kick yourself. Things like swearing and racist-type kicks could be easily be improved on by adding wildcards to what words aren't going to be allowed in the channel. I'm sure if you worked on it, it can be a nice script.
