you can just add 2 after $nick as the mask for the ban,

e.g.

.ban $+(-ku,$readini($+(\",$scriptdirsettings.ini,\"),Repeat,Bantime)) $chan $nick 2 $readini($+(\",$scriptdirsettings.ini,\"),Repeat,SameReason) Banned For....

just a suggestion, i did the same and it worked :)
