from what i cab see Zach its a protection script against kick and deop, basically on kick set %Mn to the nick that kicked, message chanserv to unban, rejoin chan, on op kick %mn that kicked. On deop, re-op and kick the nick (%prince being his nick) i would have use $me myself, but anyway..
