I keep getting an error * /dll: unable to open file 'C:\Users\Andrew\AppData\Roaming\mIRC\scripts\mdx.dll' (line 163, remote.ini) when trying to open the scanner

Check your scripts folder if you have the mdx.dll, if not, download it and put it in your scripts folder (:

hrmm I'm just testing a few things out there .. wanting or needing to find a good proxy scanner
