Yes, we use a flash solution to upload images and I believe Android stopped supporting flash. I'll have to look into another solution. That screenshot is strange. I wonder why the button would get cut like that. I'll have to fix that.

For the button, try setting display:inline-block; in the css.

For the file input, I came across this, and it's such a simple concept, I feel stupid for not having thought of it; It's just a shame they can't be styled directly with CSS...

I just removed the button. It was a bit of an experiment anyway. I think the focus should be on the snippets, so I'm leaving just the Explore button.
