Must've been an exceedingly large caching error. The site looked 100% different earlier this afternoon. Oddly enough it didn't look too bad. The reason I asked was the snippets, scripts, etc looked like they'd been redone.

It was a strange error. Minify had cached the css files with artifacts which was throwing everything off. I just re-saved the css and it was fixed.
