 on *:TEXT:F*ck:#: { /kick $chan $nick bad languages are not allowed in $chan } 

to

 on *:TEXT:$(f $+ $chr(42) $+ ck): { /kick $chan $nick bad languages are not allowed in $chan } 

Also, The use of "/" before each command is not needed.
