Jethro: It actually is quite frustrating.. I also get bad feedback from the server I work on. I honestly don't see any big improvement whatsoever. I look at one script, take a little piece of it then add it to one of my scripts to see if that's where I've gone wrong. But afterwords, I get criticized for plagerism. not ALL bad feedback though.

Are you frustrated or something? One thing you have to live with when posting a snippet is be able to accept constructive criticism from people who comment on it. Don't easily give up on yourself. If at first you don't succeed, try again along with practice and keep at it until you get better. You'll see the improvement over time.
