Lotto machine

This is my first public script and yes, I KNOW, code is pretty bad but that's how every1 of you started with this. Any suggestions / recomendations are welcome !

USAGE -

Save snippet into lotto.mrc and put it into your mIRC folder. Now type /load -rs lotto.mrc

When you want it to start, type /lotto ON #yourchannel . When you want to turn it off, type /lotto OFF .

Script has anti-flood option, you can use it every 5 seconds to avoid flood quit.

P.S. THERE IS SOME RUBBISH ECHO ON /LOTTO ON #YOURCHANNEL BUT IT WILL WORK !!!

Because the code is rated on how clean, how useful it is. Maybe people who voted doesn\'t find this script useful for them.

wait why are people just putting down a score anymore??? I see a 3 for this. If you look a \'3\' is BELOW mediocre. This should definitely be ABOVE mediocre... It seems like there are an aweful lot of \'3\' ratings anymore...
