the dialog would be opened after clicking though, since the access levels are more than one number.. like 1-4 is help(%), 5-9 is op(@), 10-9998 is admin(&).. etc

that really depends on preference, I'd rather just right click on a person as opposed to opening a dialog

well i said that because most people i know of make remote scripts and the nicklist ones are done with the nicklist scripts for remotes
