ok to bigsteves comment with that version of mirc you cannot reset it like that they kahled has upped the security on that version for the trial resetting haha. but for old versions of irc you could use this version of it which is a bit better after loading this into a new remotes file type /trial after that its all set and will do the work

Well, I'm not too sure, but supposedly you should get a warning message saying the registration has been used or something. Especially for the latest versions, the registration check will be verified.

Well Gummo, I didn't know about the so-called discount, and I certainly didn't mind paying the extra $10 bucks to Khaled for all the hard work that he's done for mIRC all these long years. He's the legend who makes mIRC possible.

You don't even need to "negotiate" to $10 - there is a valid discount for $10 still, which has been around for years. For the amount of time I've used it, it's worth the $10.
