I've said it before, and I'll say it again. This sort of code will likely be a victim of spam or flood. (There is no flood trigger delay nor control)
One best method to go about this 8-ball type of script is, and in this case, is put all msg # blah blah in a text file, and then use the /play (witch comes a default delay of one second) -cr file.txt to have it output in the channel randomly. The -r swithc makes mIRC select a line at random and the -c switch will make the line of message as a command. Or you can omit the use of -c switch and simply use the /play -r to have them output at random.
Another way is to make a socket script out of a website that has these messages used.
P.S. Sure, you can also use $read(file.txt) to have those messages sent random, but you'd have to implement a flood delay too.
