;In query type !say chan something, to send message to chan.
on 1:TEXT:!say*:*:{ msg $2 MESSAGE FROM $nick $+ : $3- }

also, why raw -q a command that works by itself? Also, Your events are flawed and you dont explain any of the parameters. \"/help on text\" would have been much better to post. on :text:!say:*: is not just a query window ? is.
