ON *:JOIN:#:.notice $chan 13,1Hi $nick welcome 13to 4,1 $chan !!! 3,1The Rules are 12,1:<Rules here>:
To be honest, Background colors annoy me, If you want text formatting, Don\'t use colors. Underline and Bold is fine, Just colors look very unprofessional and newbish imo.

DragonFlare, I insist on you using
and
It will be like this
on *:join:#:{
msg $chan These Are The Rules $nick
msg <Rules Here>
notice $nick Faliure To Obide By These Rules Will Result In A Kick/Ban From $chan $nick
notice $nick Have A Nice Day And Have Fun Chatting.
}
that way it\'s easier to read.
Im Affraid I Have To Agree With Napa182 Please Transform This Into Something Worth Using
I.e to make it bigger

notice $nick Faliure To Obide By These Rules Will Result In A Kick/Ban From $chan $nick
notice $nick Have A Nice Day And Have Fun Chatting.
}
or
on *:Text:!Topic*:#:{
msg chanserv topic $chan $2-
Writeini Topic.ini Rules Rules $2-
}
in The First One I made It message the channel the rules then notice the user what would happen if he/she falied to obide by them.
in the second one you change the Topic Rules With it it also writes it to a ini file if you use mirc this would work both ways because your changing the rules both ways.
On msg and notice you dont need .\'s or /\'s for them a .msg just hides whats being said from the person who issued what was said same thing with .notice hides it from the person who issued it
Just a couple recomendations For you :)
Good Luck in the Future Juan
