Access thanker with Auto Flood Avoid

This will thank a person when they voice/op you without flooding you off.
So if someone "spins" your ops/voice it won't make you message them over and over again that floods you. Have fun!
Put in Remotes (Alt+R) [P.S. Does not work if ChanServ OPs/Voices you]

For the Voice, It should say:

Auto Flood protect? There\'s no use for it and it only supports voice and op... Well there is a small use for the anti flood but this has been submitted already...
