I like this script but is any way u can just removed the kick and add up +R and banned only. I like to use this one for my channel Thanks.

he does have the op check there but further in the script.

on 1:NOTICE:*:#:{
if ($nick isop $chan) { halt }

but yeah. possibly do the on @:NOTICE:*:#: {

that will make sure it only responds when you op
