ok load it in your remotes, change Adelaide to your place (may have to add/remove some -'s) and then type /bearclock and it does a nice simple popup that states the time in your location :)

alias bearclock {
  /say 7,1<-- 13,1{~._.~} 7,1-Adealaide -11,1 your 7,1 -- 13,1{~._.~}7,1--|
  /say 7,1<---13,1 ( Y ) 7,1----Time---- 12,1cuddly 7,1---13,1 ( Y )7,1---|
  /say 7,1<-- 13,1()~*~() 7,1----Zone---8,1  $time   7,1-13,1()~*~()7,1--|
  /say 7,1<--13,1 (_)-(_) 7,1------ 11,1clock 7,1------- 13,1 (_)-(_)7,1--|
}
