Basic op nicklist menu

Well this is simple just a normal everyday nicklist op control menu
nothing big this is for users using normal mirc or a script it doesnt really matter just set it in popups under nicklist and ur all set thnx guys

If u have any questions or comments on anything i make join server -m Daffodil.dynu.com 6669 it auto joins u to the channel im in just pvt me thnx

well like i said this is more for ne users that realy only use basic mirc something they can use temp till they get a script so it has cs and modes for anything but the next one i make will most likely have swithes to shut features off :P or turn them on

you should really make these dynamic. Not all servers support halfops or owners, also, you forgot about sops on the server that support owners.
