On Connect/Disconnect/Oper Check

Small code I made so when you're opening mIRC it'll say some information. And when you join a channel it'll scan for IRCOPs.

And holy moly, you change the nicks to above 1000 ?? Holy Moly
40 was ok, if you leech a code, then leech well and don\'t try to change it so someone wouldn\'t found out you leeched it.
