on join channel scanner

paste into remotes and when a nick joins the channel if thay are in one of the given unwantted channels thay should be kick banned.the scanner works buy doing a auto whois on a nick when thay join.

If you just use on @!1:JOIN:#: , you can eliminate the need to check if you have ops.

xDaeMon yes it is i didnt relize what i did till after i hit submit i apoligize for the double post i actually wantted to up date the other one and didnt relize i i was in the add fourum and not the edit forum is there anyway to rid of the other one for this is the updated one?
