But I don't have any idea about name script's lol

while i can understand both sides of the argument, it has been noted in previous description of this script, that AmytiX was not the author of 100% of this script...
so i dont think "ripper" could justifiably be applied here...
especially considering AmytiX does not state that they made this script from scratch all by themselves...

as for the name of the script...
thats noones business but Scotts to comment on...

as for napalms profile picture...
it looks like cotton candy, and i wanna take a bite...

i would have to agree with p0d, a theme system would be preferable...
you could them add as many themes as you like to the script...

renaming the script, would be a personal choice, and would be best...
or at least add "unofficial" to the title of the script...
keep as many "credits" in as possible, maybe even making a dialog stating credits and links to each singular snippet you have used...
i am sure the authors would be appreciative of that...

either way, i have not tested it, and dont plan to...
but to compile a group of snippets and have no clashes, takes time and if your enjoying it...
keep going...

Good idea p0d, But I think the backgrounds mIRC might slow mIRC,
And also, If I add one script it will be 10 mega byte or more, It's by a lot of kind backgrounds (Red,White,Black,green ... ect )
That's why I will choose each script with its color

BTW ive always found napalms icon sexeh lolz.

A better idea instead of making 5-10 scripts with different color themes ... why not make a theme system for a single script so users could just choose/change theme. Just a suggestion. Would improve the script and be easier for user if they downloaded one and did'nt care for the theme they downloaded.

Hey napalm, I could be wrong but I dont see how Chain was accusing you of ripping!?! His comment was referring to the author of this script wasnt ripping! As for the use of "Hawkee" being used as the name of the script, Hawkee may have given AmyTix rights to use his name on the script, I dont know lol!?! In the past, scripters have given other scripters rights to their scripts (ex. Backlash given to Chain) as well as myself giving other scripters rights to continue some of my old projects etc.

Again I apologize. The comment system on here does not refresh/update in real-time so I didn't see your post that is 14 mins apart from mine (I stepped away for a minute) so i edited it.

Back to the subject.. I do not, however, apologize to the owner of the 'script' in question as you are, if anything, trying to capitalize on Hawkee's name. I highly doubt you were even licensed to use his name which is most likely some form of copyright infringement (I'm not a lawyer). If so, I would say this is certainly grounds for permanent deletion of your username.

Of course, that was all speculation and I really do wish you the best. :)
