PicWin Tools is a compilation of various identifiers and commands for making picwins easier.

Contains
GetAngle - Retrieves Angles
Distance - Finds the amount of pixels between two points.
Drawpoly - Draw any equilateral polygon at any angle.
Angle - Finds a point that's a angle from any other point.

Currently, as you can see, there are only 4 tools. But I plan to add more once I develop more concepts and ideas for simple tools.
