A hash table type blacklist with 1200 vhost entries with room for 1800 more. This will help control what Bots and Psybnc connections join channels your opped on. Also has exemption list to let friendly bots bypass the blacklist. This is something a little different than the norm. This will only work on networks that dont mask the users ip.
