acually the websites in there (google youtube and hawkee) are the websites you are ALLOWING

this snippet allows you to block url's from your chat, but it also allows you to allow certain links in your chat!

when an op in your chan types !op then it displays a list of commands for ops :D

acually what i use (justin.tv) it wint allow you to sent the same massage within 30 seconds. :/ And if it did can you show me a code (for any script) that will block flooding?
