How do I make it so it only messages the channel so it doesn't matter what status you have on irc? I did make it do it but !youtube -h stopped working so I had to start over again :/

I use this for my bot but it doesn't seem to tweet all the time and when it does its about 2 hours late but I have it set to the min (60 secs). It worked fine when I first started using it but now it does this :/

I use this for my bot but when I or someone else does !twitter it says 'Sorry, name was not found' even tho it does, but then say about 20 mins later it works again for a few mins then does it again :/
