I have completely re-done the Autovoice, now it will automatically add them to the autovoice list execpt it wont add guests. You can put in an if statement to stop it from adding your ops by coping and pasting this under the if (guest isin $nick) statement just change the guest to what ever nick u dont want it to add. use as many as u want.. Just remember to leave one guest in there so they wont be added to the list
I revised the complete snippet so it will be easier to work with. To add a channel just go to the channel you want to add and click add channel, the same to delete a channel. For now I have it set where you have to add the people that u want it to wellcome back so that your text file wont be so clutered.
This would be great for a help channel. feel free to add to it, just leave my name and everything at the top as is. If u add to it look close to the other ones i done to see how it should be. You'll add the help at the bottom and at the top will be the code to play what u added. Also for someone to be able to download it from you it needs to be named exactly this name ===> MircHelpMenu-V1.04.mrc..
I know this isnt much but i wrote it to use on a friend because i could never catch up with him when he logged into my channel, and i found it very handy for other people i couldnt connect with. I know it is small but i believe it is usefull.. Udate: Some changes have been made so u can keep it loaded after it has been used instead of having to unload it each time. Just go to the channel u want to..
i have it loaded and not one error. people talk in my channel and nothing happens unless they talk in the language that is in the script. I like it. mini Cruzer would u allow me to add two warnings and a kickban on the third warning. And of course you will get credit on the main part of the script....
Sorry it took so long to get those timers in there but there in there now and it works fine. Thanks Lucius
for suggesting the timers. I like the way it is now....here's the way i have them.
if (%gswitch != on) { msg $chan $ja $+ 9,1 There is no game in progress. To start a new game type !numbergame $+ $ja | unset %tries | unset %guesses | halt }
.timermsg1 1 60 msg $chan $ja $+ 8,1 Game has auto stopped. $+ $ja
.timerguess1 1 60 set %gswitch off
.timerguess 1 60 unset %tries unset %rn unset %guesses
This is my first raw snippet, I know there is a lot of the whois snippets around but I wanted to try it also. Once you load it go into the snippet and place the channels that u want it to work in like Exam: on 1:join:#channel,#channel: and so on. Save it then right click in one of the channels and look for @whois colors, click on that and set your colors u can color your foreground and your background...
I put it in a program on my computer to test it not here. Yes i tested my previous and it works fine and i havent put it in that one yet. I wanted to try it out on another script first then i was going to put it in this last one. one thing, it was trying to create a file for every channel I tried to add like this....#warlock and those were in my mirc dir. Oh well, I'll just leave it as is......
Sorry about that, didn't mean to take out the '#join-part on' when I added the other. but it's back now
thanks for pointing that out to me..
gooshie, I tried that Add/Remove Channel you have above and all i get is .... /write: insufficient parameters. Maybe I did something wrong putting it in
I used a different program though....
This snippet will tell you the date and time someone joins and parts your channel. it has a channel selector so u can control the channels it is used in. To add a channel just go to the channel u want added then right click in the channel then go to Join/Part Switch then click on Add Channel. Once u make it that far u can see how to delete a channel.
