Added $shufftok() for use with other token identifiers. It allows you to basically shuffle your tokens around with the character delimiter you choose.

This is a hybrid between $readini(), $read(), and $play(); whereas you can use the same file structure as an INI file without having to define items with variables. It was something that I was working on to use for something I'm working on myself, allowing for easier use.

I did this because I use an external program in which to write my scripts. I like the feature that mIRC already has to "Monitor File Changes", but I got annoyed with the consistent "Would you like to initilize this script?" pop-up that came up every time I saved my file. After some suggestions on how to go about this, this is what I've created.

This is the weapons file for Zombies! Just copy it and paste it into a file titled 'weapons.ini'. Make sure both Zombies.mrc and weapons.ini are in the main mIRC folder.
