I found it needs a space between job!! and $nick

otherwise it says what the script says and not the actual $nick

on *:TEXT:!WarReg:#:{ <--- needed it to work in all channels. not just #ChanWars

/cs access #channel add NICK LEVEL

thats what i used for mirc.

must be registerd nicks.
