Smart Password Generator: Better than the average random password generator.

For use with channel #cliques To change the channel that this script is associated with, replace every occurence of "#cliques" with "#your-channel-here"

For use with channel #iRPG and #iRPG_scores Mode +N is no longer needed. If you want to use a channel besides #iRPG or #iRPG_scores, just replace each text "#iRPG" or "#iRPG_scores" with your own channel.

I need help with this script. Can somebody find the bug in here? It doesn't work at all yet.

This is the first piece of IRC code I've made without any help. It needs improvement (i.e. preventing somebody from jumping in at the last second to win), but I'm still just learning. If you have any ideas that would help this script out, please tell. :)
