Just so you can have more lols, it creates a colorful lol with random colors, type /lol in any channel or one can use $lol. simply coded for fun and color.
This allows a user to send a message to a user on another server without opening a whole new connection and returns an error if the users is not on specified network. It now supports multiple servers.

A simple and effective way to kick flooders out of a channel. Not overly strict, MULTI network and channel capable. And best of all its one line of code.
