Kick & Ban Logger 1.0

Copy and Paste in removes in a new seperate file. I finally had the time to fix a few things and do a few tweaks.

Couldn\'t they use this as a take over for irc networks with limited services...lets say Efnet or Undernet or QuakeNet or IRCNet...

Ban Revenge

It will auto kick and ban the person trying to kb you... This only works on IRC Services/Inspircd I am not sure why it won't work on unreal/anope.It generates a lot of text and can be annoying.
